3 weeks of time off is good. However if you take a leave of absence, they force you to deplete all of your vacation time so you don't come back from leave and have any time available to take a real vacation. Also, they prorate your bonus pay at the end of the year for every day you take leave, including three days they force you to take Vacation time. Compare that to when you take normal vacation, they wouldn't prorate your annual bonus check. They cut corners on employee pay.

Less Paid Time Off ("PTO") than the big 4, but competitive PTO package in comparison to similarly situated institutions.

You get 2 weeks to start, it increases at certain landmark years. You also get 2 free holidays every year and can roll over a lot of vacation each year. Not the worst and not the best.

You accrue paid time off over time, I believe the amount accrued in a year depends on your title/position.

Overall it's ok, it gets better with tenure.
