When first hired you are on reserve for most of the time. So you may not fly very much at first. You are guaranteed a minimum of 75 hours per month whether or not you fly.

Employee premiums are very expensive and way outside the norm compared to peers.

Under Delta's benefits so its pretty good as far as dental, medical and flight benefits. 401K not offer till you hit 1 year. The pay is 100% awful but they offer good training for newbies (FAM, troubleshooting ect). Thats why most new A&Ps stay for only a year and move on.

Flight benefits are a very nice perk, but aren't on par with Delta, as they should be, being a wholly owned Delta subsidiary. 401k match is average, with a long vesting period (<2years=0%, 2-3 years=25%,3-4 years=50%, 4-5 years=75%, 5+ years=100%). Health, dental, life, disability, HSA, etc. are all subsidized decently. Otherwise MANY discounts on travel, car rentals, hotels, food, products, sight seeing, you name it through Delta.

Good health benifits if you want to pay for it and semi okay flight benefits that is it.
