You get 6.15 hours every two weeks.
PTO is accrued with every pay period, the amount depending on how long someone has been with the company. At one point its easy to get a whole day off towards your PTO bank with each paycheck.
No limit or tracking. It allows the company to not have to pay out when you leave.
First year 2weeks paid vacation paid holidays paid sick days paid personal days paid berevement
There is 7 hours off for every 15 days work for non exempt employees. It is great to have that time off.
Flexible time off means you take less time and you can't bank any from year to year. The paid leave for employees that have been with Endurance for 4+ years means it isn't as big of a deal but for new employees - that could be tough.
If you are a salaried exempt employee the PTO is great, unlimited time off. If you non exempt it is the accrual method but you get 3 weeks a year with no waiting period.
Good luck using vacation. They will find a reason to fire you if you use it too soon or all of it.
Work hard, play hard. Time off is very flexible, but this is a busy place, so be mindful of giving fair warning.
We have an open PTO policy. We take what we need.
