Laid back position with good benefits
Benefits too expensive! High Deductibles.
Great health insurance. A little pricey, but amazing. Matching 401k. PTO accruals.
Perks were really good at the time of employment. Healthcare was ok, but frustrating to work with as it was Unitedhealth Care. But I have heard they have gotten better. There were weekly lunches, and other perks such as department lunches etc... There was also a yearly Christmas Bonus, but i have heard that has gone away. Overall.. not bad, but not great.
To insure myself with no children it would cost about $250 per pay check which is $500. Luckily I was still of age to be under my parents insurance. Who can afford that.
I like the bonuses you get with each sale. The more you sale the more you make.
The time off is offered after 90 days which is great and needed.
The benefits seemed okay they kicked after two months on the job. Other than that everything was normal I guess.
Great benefits for a young salesperson, there is no retirement plan, but that's not something I'm looking for for now.
nthis employer does not care about long term employees. They need a 401K
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
