    12 weeks for maternity, 2 weeks for paternity. All paid.

    Very good in my experience - I think it's 8 weeks paid maternity, 2 weeks for paternity, with FMLA of 12 weeks and good support for those taking a little more time.

    8 weeks paid -- better than a lot of other Boston area companies, but not as good as our California counterparts.
