Competitive benefits allowing employees flexibility and open time off policy. Owned by Enel out of Italy and has a global footprint giving employees excellent growth opportunities
401k matching at 50%, work-life balance and work hour / location flexibility.
I was an intern, so I did not receive any benefits, apart from getting to work from home some times. Full time employees do have a few perks. I am not much aware.
A lot left to be desired. Poor 401k match, $2500/yr. Poor health insurance, high premiums and deductible. Poor tuition reimbursement plan, $5250/year. Upon receipt of reimbursement, you must agree to remain employed by EnerNOC for a period of 2 years. Great PTO - unlimited Performance bonus is ok as well Great maternity and paternity leave. 4 weeks for paternity.
Unlimited PTO is kinda nice
Nothing useful. Usual minimal benefits for the employees
Fairly competitive benefits so long as you're not comparing to one of the tech giants.
Health insurance is OK, but not best in class. 401K has a partial match by the company, which is nice. Paid time off is "unlimited", which really means discretionary by manager and is primarily in place to help the balance sheet by not having to pay employees that leave, or are severed, any unused vacation.
Overall benefits are really good and I have had no issues so far.
The benefits package was just fine.
