Overall benefits are really good and I have had no issues so far.
The benefits package was just fine.
Standard benefits package. Not the best, not the worst. What stands out for me is the unlimited PTO policy and the ability to work from home.
Overall the benefits are pretty good, with free snacks and decent health insurance options. There is "unlimited" vacation days, for better or for worse.
Unlimited PTO, solid 401k, pre-tax MBTA pass, lots of small green energy / fitness benefits.
The unlimited vacation/sick is nice to have, and was actually easier to get the time needed than previously due to the reduction in paperwork/approvals when the system changed over.
Unlimited time off, good maternity/paternity, flexibility with hours and ability to work from home, programs to match charitable contributions, gym membership partial reimbursement, commuter benefits.
There used to have 4 weeks fo vacation and now pto is unlimited and many people still take 4+ weeks off.
Best thing was flexibility in work-from-home and unlimited paid-time-off. Worst thing was the 401K and salary
The company recently moved to an unlimited vacation policy. People are not taking time off and starting to get burned out.
