Employee Stock Ownership Program is nice, but would rather have more control over retirement
ESOP program, which is a qualified retirement program, is very attractive.
the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) is the best part of the retirement plan here. The company stock has done very well over they years, and the yearly stock distributions (at no cost to the employee) are well above my expectations going in.
ESOP is better than a 401k match would be
