Competitive Pay, Poor Bonus Program
Esop going down down down. Gain share bonus is promised but very rarely paid. And no 401k contribution means you’re retirement will grow slower than at other companies.
9/80 work schedule is nice perk that help w/ work-life balance
ESOP program is very attractive. Gain Share program has been lacking the last few years.
bare bone benefits such as 7 holidays and 1 floating, no matching of 401k but offer stocks, which its best days to join is in the past.
Instead of 401k matching - company is employee owned so employees are compensated with stock but have to be fully vested before seeing any of the benefit. Fully vested = 6 years
