Your typical PPO and Health Savings Account. They have dental insurance which is for adults as well.
Pros: Total 8% 401K match, long term incentive plan for some employees, good performance based bonus, casual dress code Cons: relatively low base salary (total package is okay but stock/unit vesting and 401K full vesting needs 3-5 years), no paid paternity leave days (have to use vacations or sick days or unpaid leave days)
The 401K matching is good, though nothing spectacular that most other companies don't do. Also good with insurance and savings plans.

Fair PTO. Medical high out of pocket costs.
Excellent Benefits. Still have 2 choices of medical plans - PPO & CDHP HSA. Premiums are low & Energy Transfer contributes.
I do not have anything negative to say about benefits. The benefit package is GREAT.
