The overall benefits package is very good. Company 401K match, health insurance, as well as tuition assistance.

I believe the leadership will do everything possible to provide the best benefits and remain competitive. They understand having great benefits is critical to attracting and retaining top talent.

It's pretty solid and fair. 6 holidays and 4 floating holidays (which you can use essentially whenever you want) is pretty standard. Max 3 weeks (15 days) accrued paid time off if you've been there < 5 years; 4 weeks if you've been around> 5 years. No sick leave but, depending on your management, you can tele-work on occasion and every other Friday off is pretty common as long as you work 80 hours per 2 weeks. Health insurance is pretty much high deductible HSA through United Healthcare. If you're healthy and not in need of any surgeries it's not bad (albeit still a bit expensive until you hit that high deductible); however, keep in mind that you're fully responsible for all (after-negotiated rates) medical bills up to that deductible...so that HSA is necessary with its tax-free incentives. Dental insurance through MetLife up to $2,000 annual cap is pretty standard. 401k managed by Fidelity they match 50% of your contributions up to 8% (so 4% of salary max). I have not heard of any (significant > $1,000) bonuses where I work. Being a satellite location with only a couple dozen employees or so, we don't really get too much of a social culture here as it's all about the customer here.
