    It's pretty solid and fair. 6 holidays and 4 floating holidays (which you can use essentially whenever you want) is pretty standard. Max 3 weeks (15 days) accrued paid time off if you've been there < 5 years; 4 weeks if you've been around> 5 years. No sick leave but, depending on your management, you can tele-work on occasion and every other Friday off is pretty common as long as you work 80 hours per 2 weeks. Health insurance is pretty much high deductible HSA through United Healthcare. If you're healthy and not in need of any surgeries it's not bad (albeit still a bit expensive until you hit that high deductible); however, keep in mind that you're fully responsible for all (after-negotiated rates) medical bills up to that deductible...so that HSA is necessary with its tax-free incentives. Dental insurance through MetLife up to $2,000 annual cap is pretty standard. 401k managed by Fidelity they match 50% of your contributions up to 8% (so 4% of salary max). I have not heard of any (significant > $1,000) bonuses where I work. Being a satellite location with only a couple dozen employees or so, we don't really get too much of a social culture here as it's all about the customer here.
