    Paid Time Off (PTO): PTO accrual starts on the first day of employment. Annual PTO Accrual 0 to 5 Years of Service 5+ Years of Service Full Time 120 hrs (15 days) 160 hrs (20 days) Part Time (30-39) Hours 90 hrs 120 hrs Holidays: Engility provides 10 paid holidays. Six are fixed holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day), and four are floating holidays to use at employee discretion. Employees working 30-39 receive prorated holidays equaling 60 hours annually. Holidays are prorated for new hires based on date of hire.

    PTO is at or near industry standard. Addition of dedicated sick time would be beneficial. Number of holidays is adequate.

    After the fifth year with the company, the hourly rate increases . Also, defense contractors gain more than federal contracts and if the person is oversees it accumulate more as well.
