The unlimited PTO was amazing, the insurance is pretty standard.
The coverage for health insurance is good. No complaints about the insurance package. Leadership having unlimited PTO is not accurate. It's an unmeasured system so PTO doesnt have to be paid to leadership. High stress, lack of support, and ongoing need for staff make it impossible to use this PTO in anyway. They will not pay you any PTO upon leaving the company even though it can't be used because you don't accrue. This is a sales tactic to get leadership candidates interested however is not followed through with.
