Covered all the basics. Implementing the "unlimited vacation" plan was sort of a joke - nice way for management to wipe the vacation time from the balance sheet when they were scrounging for cash.
Vision and Dental are available and surprisingly affordable. Even when adding family members. Health insurance coverage is decent, but is only affordable for the employee. Adding family members increases the premiums DRASTICALLY Good 401k, Paid Life Insurance and AD&D FMLA Bereavement and Maternity leave.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of California provided the best health coverage I've ever had, Idaho benefits are far less and more expensive.
decent benefit package (small 401K match, ESPP, health/vision/dental, sick leave, unlimited Discretionary Time Off), but expensive health insurance.
401k matching is annoying, health insurance is too expense.
