Entelo offers great company perks including paid family leave, insurance, flexible time off, professional development stipend, etc.
Our health insurance is pretty good -- I ended up having a health scare recently and needed emergency surgery, but the coverage was pretty impressive. Out of over $48k in medical costs, I only had to pay about $6k. For a startup, I think that's a pretty good plan!
401k (no matching), free lunch 4 days a week, healthcare, stock options.
Great Lunches! Also great location!
The best part of our benefits is 100% medical, dental, and vision. I wish we had 401k match or targeted career development programs at work.
Full health benefits, the company paid lunches/snacks, lots of enforces on work-life balance, etc.
"Unlimited" PTO (kinda frowned upon to take off for 2 weeks, as would be anywhere), $300 headphones of your choice, $100 fitness tool (FitBit/Running Shoes/Etc.), 300$ towards a Gym of your choice, $1000 towards educational courses outside of work, full medical/dental/vision, lunch catered 4 days a week, snacks provided, MacBook Air provided for work, standing desks, office in financial district near embarcadero, commuter benefits, $1000 match on charitable donations.
401K but no employer matching, great maternity/paternity leave, equal 12 weeks fully paid! Food catered by company 4 days a week along with breakfast items and snacks!
+ Base pay is decent. + Health insurance was okay, but isn't as good as it is at top tech companies. + "Unlimited vacation", translated to about actually 3 weeks PTO, which is standard. Would be nice to have it be official and not "unlimited". + No 401k matching + Working from home is discouraged
We're very well taken care off. Among other perks, employees receive: - Generous parental leave - $1000 education stipend - Noise cancelling headphones of our choice - $300 gym reimbursement - $100 fitness reimbursement - 100% insurance cover
