Great benefits package, always looking out for their employees. I worked from home so childcare and other benefits of being at home also. No gas money, no lunch money, no clothing or dry cleaning. the list goes on.....

They offer pretty good health insurance plans...low costs with low deductible and good coverage, PTO, and profit sharing.

One year anniversary = 21 PTO days, though hard to use them all with your schedule.

All the bene’s and then some, good rental discounts, matching 401(k). Though it does take 6 years to become fully vested... 4 should be, but that’s why the get 4 stars for me.

OK benefits - time off is hard to use as you feel guilty about leaving your team and get a little push back from corporate to take days off. Major holidays you need to take of WAAAY ahead of time or you'll get stuck. 401k was a 3% match. Dental made me mad with Delta - went to the dentist and they said I was in network but since the HQ of ERAC is in STL I had to pay the whole bill over $300 and wait to get reimbursed. They reimbursed me half. Other than that the other healthcare was fairly cheap.
