Everything on the benefits side is actually pretty good
Medical and 401k is awesome. You also earn a day off every month that you don’t miss any time. Two weeks vacation after one year. The dental plan is seriously lacking. If you need major dental work, expect to pay for the majority of it.
This company has the best health insurance options in the country. Aside from personal experience with former companies, every medical need during my tenure was met with superior treatment and little to no out of pocket cost with comments from medical staff like "wow, you have amazing insurance".
Discounts on AT&T and even some discounts on Apple products.
Decent benefit package just like most companies. Very good PTO, starts with 10 plus days and continues increasing with tenure.
You get 50% off car rentals depending on your age, and you can get family discounts that aren't too bad either. Other than that they would occasionally bring us treats
None of this is good.
Best thing being that they offered a 401k plan for part time employees. Many employers do not offer these type of benefits to part time employees.
Great Benefits- Vision, Dental, Health
The co- pays are huge... and you need to spend like 3 thousand out of pocket before the insurance Kicks is in.
