    the health insurence is great especially if you have a family. The worst thing is not a lot of vacation and if you have it its hard to get it approved

    Medical/Dental benefits are ok - pretty standard. Best benefit by far is the company car once you get to at least manager.

    very few paid days vacations. 401 doesn't kick in until you work there for few years. very long hours some times you work seven days a week
