Good HMO plans, variety of optional coverages. One underrated benefit was the laundry service - very handy.
Great employee discount on toys!
Standard pto, 401k and medical package. They do offer a little education incentives and yearly $100 gym budget.
As a salaried employee I receive 2 weeks payed vacation, payed holidays, and 401k contributions which are great. However, they do not provide any insurance options for spouses or children which is a real shame. Even if you work part-time retail at many locations you and your family are provided with competitive insurance options.
Medical only covered 60%. With low pay, it's not very helpful for the cost to live in Southern California.
The laundry benefit is the best perk i have had with a company. The 401k is also pretty good.
Free Laundry Service. Free Fruit. Free Fountain Drinks. Medical (Kaiser) .Dental. Short and Long Term Disability. 401k. Gym and Tuition Reimbursement.

They do offer a 401K and match a certain percentage. They do offer vacation, sick, and medical leave as required by the state.
They use Kaiser Permanente as their health insurance. The best perk was the laundry service.
