Health - BCBS, great benefits, gym perks, plenty of options, extremely easy enrollment process, HR is very responsive, the 3rd part support staff outreach is incredible, very generous overall. The rest; unlimited PTO, maternity leave is high. Management is aware of the importance of work life balance, rewarding culture.
The benefits are great on paper, and they are always improving. Things like unlimited PTO, side benefits and all seem to be covering most folks very well. I will say that they also step up as a company when you need them... Through Hurricanes or family crisis, this is the sort of support that is of great value.
DI has historically had good benefits.
401K offers immediate vesting after 6 months and company offers healthy match. I would highly recommend participating if you can.
Heath insurance at Drilling Info was surpassed by none; very reasonable and competitive co-pays for a mid-sized company. Profit sharing is not bad.
