Company dropped the ball on health insurance for CA last year but situation was fixed this year with a great HMO alternative. Retirement match is only 40%
good benefits package, but vacation is not very competitive
The benefits package is not very competitive. The best "benefit" is flexible work hours or location. The rest is below average
2 weeks vacation, 6 sick days, 7 holidays, 1 floating holiday. Pay could be better but good opportunities for raises
Very standard, but nothing more.
Benefits were fair and reasonable for a large consulting firm in the U.S.
The benefits package offered was pretty standard and provided the basic medical, dental, vacation, and 401K; however it was not very competitive when compared to oil & gas companies in the same area.
In California only, starting 2018, only Kaiser is offered. No PPO option. The other insurance reviews are for Aetna PPO plans, which are very good. But if you are considering ERM in California, the other insurance reviews no longer apply.
Good 401k and health package, below average time-off
Terrific Health benefits and 401(k) Plan - great match
