to all of its employees. We have a variety of medical plans to choose from, each with 4 tiers. This benefits the team to support any stage of their life. For those team members that elect an HDHP, Envisage contributes an annual dollar amount to their HSA. We also offer a

Best things: 401K match, HSA benefits, flexible hours, WFH policy, PTO policy lets you cover time within the work week. Worst things: Compensation not as competitive, Priorities change very often, uncertain about next steps.

Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

401k matching finally became a thing after many years. was not the best but it was certainly not the worst either.

Time off is very flexible and generous - definitely one of the best aspects of working for this company. Work from home option is also very appreciated. Health benefits are a bit expensive, but the employer contribution helps greatly. Recently changed TPAs for 401k plan, which will be very beneficial in the long run. Employer match is decent. The way in which salaries are determined is still a bit unclear. Still in the process of defining salary bands for different levels for each role within the company, so right now it's rather subjective. Hoping in the next couple of months we will have more clarity around this with definitions of junior, mid-level, and master levels so career paths toward advancement and raises are defined and no longer subjective. They supply good hardware options, and will work with you on specific software/hardware requests.

Flex time is great, a lot of "soft perks" with this company. Insurance benefits could be improved (I hear that is coming soon).

Envisage offers flexible hours and the ability to make up time taken off so that no vacation hours are used. It allows the team member to take a day off or a 3 day weekend here and there while still having enough time saved up for a longer vacation.
