Company benefits aren't too bad. All benefits effective from first day of employment, which is a plus because waiting period is usually 60 days for health related and 90 days for vacation etc. 401k match grossed out at 50% up to 3%.. (You put in 6% they match at 3%) PTO/Vacation package is not bad as well.
Non-exempt (hourly) employees get a little more than 3 weeks PTO. Just switched from two separate PTO banks for sick and vacation to a single combined bank.
Comprehensive benefits package including Medical,Dental&Vision plus 401K match and paid time off.
Healthcare premiums and deductibles are incredibly high
Good package, all the standard corporate offers. Health coverage is tiered by salary. My monthly premium was $450 for a standard PPO - I can get similar coverage on Marketplace for $500. 401k match is basically up to 2% but they try to make it look like 4% with they way it's presented. PTO is tiered by employment level and number of years worked.
Minimal time off. They will not pay for licensing expenses. I have to work many weekends and holidays.
Benefits are pretty decent.
The healthcare options are very high quality and affordable. 401K they recently started matching 5% which is nice. Plenty vacation and there are annual bonuses
I get 7 weeks PTO, which is really great! I think that the health insurance and 401k contributions could be a bit better.
The best thing I can say about the benefits package is that it exists.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
