“Low deductible Good coverage Expensive premiums Difficulty in getting correct carrier experienced by providers ”
“Typical 401k plan with a 3% match. Company moved the 401k plan to 3 different administrators in 3 years”
“Flexible - not accrued; you earn it at the beginning of the year”
Decent benefits. Better than many companies I've worked at.
401k match is only 50% of up to 6% employee contribution
Health Insurance, matching 401K, gym membership
Health insurance was excellent, expensive but good
I think the benefits are great. Excellent healthcare, PTO, sick time, free snacks and lunches.
Pros: 3 weeks vacation, annual bonuses, health benefits
Employer paid health, life, and short and long term disability. Paid holidays, in addition time and a half for worked holidays.
Pretty good benefits package for Salary employees, not sure what hourly employees get. Healthcare, 401K with match, option to buy decent dental and eye care. Vacation, Holidays. Comparable to other large industrial companies, nothing over the top or extra ordinary though.
Free healthcare and generous PTO.
Great full benefits of health insurance, dental, and vision
