company perks have all been eliminated due to cost cutting measures. The 401K match is lowest in the industry but health insurance options are good. Vacation is essentially work from your location of choice since everything is on fire all the time. HR told me when I joined that the company has "unlimited vacation". Holidays are worse than normal work weeks since when things go just as you told them they would they expect you to work a miracle and then complain about the cost.

Good HSA, not great anything else. Dental and Vision are fine. 40k matching is at 50% for up to 6% of your contribution.
