Pros: - As a single employee with no dependents I feel the health insurance package is quite generous, dental and vision are included which is a big plus. - HR Team does a good job at touching base with employees when a change needs to be made with the benefits package to try and make sure all needs are being accomodated still Cons: The company has changed the benefits package a number of times since I've been employed, which can lead to some confusion, and I've had to switch eye doctors as the latest package is not accepted. That being said, it seems that the overall value of the benefits has not been negatively impacted by these couple changes in the last few years
The health insurance and dental packages were okay. The premiums weren't that bad. They offered HSA and FSA, as well. The 401k match was a joke it comes to less than .25%. Not much for PTO. There are snacks and beer that are provided. Professional development is nonexistant.
Good dental coverage, health insurance
Envysion's benefits overall are decent and I was content with the package throughout my time there. As of 2018 they started matching 401k contributions. It's not a lot, but an improvement from having no matching at all. They start you out with 3 weeks of vacation each year, plus holidays. Health care, dental, and vision are all good and I've had no problems. My main critique is that they decided to switch health care providers unexpectedly last fall and only gave us a week or two's notice, so that was a bit of a pain that didn't seem all that necessary.
They have decent medical benefits and 401K, but not for P/T employees.
There is no 401k matching which is odd for a company that has been around as long as Envysion has. The health insurance is fantastic as well as the flexible schedule. However, it is not written but it is implied that you have to work after hours and often on the weekends to answer team members/customers. There is always a fully stocked fridge and an amazing coffee maker, which I imagine these perks are to compensate for the low salaries and expectation that employees will work through lunch.
No matching 401K from the company
Health insurance best I have had low premiums, low co-pays for DR, Specialist and medication, the heath insurance covers things most insurances don't massage, acupuncture!
Even though they have a 401K there is no 401k Match
