Great health insurance, very low number of paid time off, and doesn’t improve over time.

If I was hand crafting a benefits package, it wouldn't have been this good.

The health insurance for an individual was phenomenal, less than $70 a month, and full coverage, no copays, no deductibles. Starting you got 2 weeks paid vacation, 1 week unpaid, a decent amount of sick time equal or greater than the time off. You could opt into short and long term disability. No official Maternity/Paternity leave, just using disability. Great 401k package, matched at 6%, which was great. They will let you take a vacation anywhere in the world and pay for flights and lodging for 4 weeks after you've been there 5 years. But they're real particular about when you take it, and making sure you ask off far in advance, and only during certain times of the year.
