Lunch food from the cafeteria is amazing. They need more vacation days, you start out at 10 vacation days in the first 2 years. It really sucks because the CEO views sabbatical as a vacation day bank but most people don't make it to 5 years so it's wasted vacation days.
Great health insurance, 401k vesting after 5 years, decent dental and vision.
Best: High base salary and EOY bonus for strong performers; health insurance is ridiculously good, and Fidelity 401(k) has extremely low fees. Worst: Does not have in-service rollover or after-tax contributions beyond the elective deferral limit of 18.5k/yr and zero paid maternity/paternity leave beyond using sick time during FMLA.

Great (affordable) Insurance, Travel Points/Hotel Reimbursement, General Reimbursement. 401k match could be better at 100% but they execute a 50% match.

Most of the benefits are great and high value and quality! Vision insurance is okay.
There are also travel benefits where they extend extra pay for each additional trip taken after a certain number of trips as an Implementation member.
