I have no idea about the benefits that Epic offers currently, I am just filling this out because I am required.

Decent vacation days and sick days, great health insurance, sabbatical every 5 years is awesome, they'll pay for your comp sci degree if you can justify that you'll use it and you can take classes on Epic's campus

Great perks, including health insurance, 401k right off the bat, and free juice/coffee/tea. Bad vacation time is the only major con.

2 weeks PTO is the downfall of the benefits. Its why people leave. PTO at most other companies is 3 to 4 weeks to start. Increase PTO and ability for time off. People will stay.

The benefits are expensive and do not cover much so save your money. No PTO so again, save your money.

The health insurance is great and the sabbatical is an awesome benefit after 5 years of employment. However, the vacation time each year definitely doesn't feel like enough in such a stressful work environment.

Great health insurance, very low number of paid time off, and doesn’t improve over time.
