High Turnover rate, which will let you go at any moment

401k match and health benefits is useful
Epitec's benefits are the absolute bottom of the barrel. Terribly high deductible's and barely any perks. PTO offered isn't great either and they wouldn't budget when I was negotiating. Make sure they include holidays in your contract or you won't get them.
Small amount of PTO until you've been there two or three years. PTO isn't always approved. 2-3 sick days a year. 5% company match on 401k.
They offer good benefits to consultants.
