Generally 2 weeks of vacation, good health insurance plans
One of the worst companies i have dealt with in the recent past. 1000 plus $ for a family of 4 for medical insurance with deductible , no sick leaves and no job guarantee.
Corporate Employees: Start off with 2 weeks paid vacation, 2 sick days, 10 paid holidays and BCBS Medical contribution. Field Employees: 2 weeks paid vacation accrued after 6 months of employment, Epitec paid holidays, BCBS medical contribution and immigration services.
Best: A good in-hand salary at the end of 2 weeks time. Insurance can be next best. Holiday/Vacation combined package along with hourly rate is another good thing to have. Worst: 401K, No FSA/HSA, No Tution Assistance, No Maternity Leave
Standard days off, a week or two, they have nice company events. The company was a joy to work for.
Compensation was a joke. The retirement package was decent but I was too poor and needed every penny I made in order to get by.
Benefits are ok. They only kick in 90 days after starting work unlike many other companies.
Epitec is a great company to work for. However working for FORD is not so great as a contractor.
High deductible and monthly payment. I didn't take the offer.
