They should match dollar for dollar on the 401k plan and it would make it the best package.
Ok amount of paid time off to start but it doesn't go up much from there. You don't get all of the federal holidays. No sick days. No training programs. Company stock (ESOP) takes years to cash out. No employee discount program. Heath benefits got worse every year.
The paid time off and holidays is good but the medical is horrible!!!

The benefit package allowed an employee to choose or not choose different aspects. I had medical and dental from military retirement, was given a $3.63 per hour incentive for not taking medical and dental from Epsilon. I did take life, and 401K. 401K had up to 4% company matching.
