At Epsilon, we recognize that benefits aren’t a one size fits all proposition--what’s valuable to one associate may be less important to another. We’ve created a comprehensive competitive benefits program that is designed to allow associates to choose the benefits that best fit their needs depending on where they are in their lives.

5% 401(k) match, Flexible Time Off, 80 hours of sick time, flexible work arrangement and good medical, dental, vision plans.
Competitive Benefits for employees at a large corporation. Hear they have changed the vacation policy since 2015
No Vacation, Perk for Contract Employees unless your agency provides
Full range of benefits you'd expect from a big company. Best is probably 401(k)--company match is good. There is also ample opportunity to give back to the community and engage in charitable activities. Healthcare is OK--I'd say competitive with other large companies but not particularly generous. Recently switched to "unlimited" vacation which, depending on your situation and manager, could mean lots of vacation or NO vacation since you're not technically entitled to any particular number of days. Only 6 paid holidays.
