The benefits package at Epsilon is pretty industry standard; it has all the usual items with the standard amounts available.

After Publicis has acquired, benefits was more like a downgrade which made a lot of employees quit. Medical plans, 401K make no sense.

Vacation time and sick time are generous and I believe to be effective at point of hire. Health and dental insurance are also offered.

Limited choices as far as benefit options go. Their service providers are impossible to work with. They didn't pay for a lot of my treatments although I had money in my HSA that they froze saying they're missing proper paperwork which was sent 4 times.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Manager in Chicago, Illinois

Inconsistent benefits package for opportunity for salary increase or bonus. Inequality across the organization - dependent on the leadership stakeholder
