The "unlimited" time off is both a blessing and a curse. If you have a good manager it does mean more time off. If your manager is bad or if you have a very busy team you will lose out on PTO with no ability to bank the days for future use. I can't help but feel this policy was put in place as a way around California laws regarding paying out unused PTO days when you leave the company.
The work from home is a a good perk that the company has. Health insurance is good as well and employee stock program is good.
