The best thing about the benefits package at Equiscript is the 401K match. 100% vested and up to 4% match. The health insurance is okay, but extremely expensive to add on family members. Maternity leave is weak (females are not allowed to have commission while on leave). There is no paternity leave. Unlimited PTO
