I was employed when it was Trover. Benefits at that time were reasonable.
Great selection of benefits and fair prices.
401K 6% match is very good; other benefits are ok, a little on the expensive side.
They have options that are right for everyone. PPO, HDHP, Health Savings accounts with generous contribution from Equian, and even a Health Reimbursement account for the highest deductible plan.
The health insurance pricing is good compared to many other companies. They have also implemented some new benefits such as a 3 week paid parental leave.
Excellent plans ,401K, college tuition reimbursement
Very competitive selection and pricing. Fits the needs of both singles and families.
Best: provided training if anything changes. Worst: nothing :)
401k match, all insurance instantly. The worst thing was our technology we first used to sign up but it got fixed fast.
