    15 days plus 2 float days. Unlimited sick days. 9 Paid Holidays (New Years, MLKJR, Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving and day after, Christmas and the day before OR after.

    They claim they don't track time off, so you would think it is unlimited. In reality this has made it so that you have no footing to stand on. Manager's discretion is all that remains.
