They claim they don't track time off, so you would think it is unlimited. In reality this has made it so that you have no footing to stand on. Manager's discretion is all that remains.
Equifax has very average time off policy.
3 weeks no matter what experience you bring. Some managers (legal/Gso) are tyrants about it.
Fair amount of time paid time off
Standard vacation and PTO. 2 weeks starting , grows with time.
3 weeks PTO, no sick days so you must use PTO for them. Average but not generous.
Only 2 weeks and no sick days whatsoever.
Number of paid holidays is average. Paid Time Off is average, and it's difficult to use as everyone is so perpetually busy.
It has gotten much better -- moving to three weeks to start. The challenge is find the time to use it as endless fires seem to cause people to lose it or carry it over to the next year.
PTO and sick time are one and the same. Not sure how the amount compares to other companies but you get 3 weeks at 5 years and 4 weeks at 10 years.
