They claim they don't track time off, so you would think it is unlimited. In reality this has made it so that you have no footing to stand on. Manager's discretion is all that remains.

3 weeks no matter what experience you bring. Some managers (legal/Gso) are tyrants about it.

  • Mar 14, 2017

3 weeks PTO, no sick days so you must use PTO for them. Average but not generous.

Only 2 weeks and no sick days whatsoever.

  • Mar 07, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Alpharetta, Georgia

Number of paid holidays is average. Paid Time Off is average, and it's difficult to use as everyone is so perpetually busy.

It has gotten much better -- moving to three weeks to start. The challenge is find the time to use it as endless fires seem to cause people to lose it or carry it over to the next year.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Tax Management in Saint Louis, Missouri

PTO and sick time are one and the same. Not sure how the amount compares to other companies but you get 3 weeks at 5 years and 4 weeks at 10 years.
