It is good to have most of the 'standard' benefits + those 'special' benefits. Few things to highlight: 1. 401k match ratio is pretty high among the industry. 2. 12 annual PTO + 5 days free time off during Christmas. 3. 3k annual LGL budget for conference and workshop.
Good health insurance, 12 days paid time off but also get 5 paid days off around christmas time-new years where you don't have to use your vacation time (its paid)!
