    They only offer 12 days of vacation to all new hires...whether you are a recent college grad or Director level hire. You also have to accrue it by the hour so don't expect any vacation time your first few months.

    12 days of PTO and 2 sick days is average. But office closes between xmas and new years which is really nice.
