Amazing perks! I love the community I was in and everyone was so positive. The only thing i didnt enjoy was the commute.
Free membership (with access to all clubs for managers and membership advisors), discounted retail (on certain days), spa, and training services. Employee perks site gives you discounts on vehicles, shopping, electronics, Mac products, etc. Extended discounts through my phone company. 401k, life, health, HSA, FSA, dental, vision all optional for full-time employees. I had decent health, vision, dental, and life insurance and paid about $250/mo out of my paychecks. Insurance options changed virtually every year during open enrollment so I was constantly having to do my research on the new companies, plans, and coverage. It was so inconsistent that I had to change doctors multiple times.
The free membership is the biggest benefit to working for Equinox.
bad health insurance options for personal trainers. Sick days based on hours worked mandated by MA law, otherwise we wouldn't have any.
Health benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, accident, critical illness, short term disability, 401K, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible and Dependent Care Spending Account (FSA), etc. Annual benefits enrollment renews each year with option to update or change plan. Twenty word minimum complete.
Doesnt cover a lot for people to choose from....
AMAZING! PTO, Free membership...the list goes on! Med and 401k are great! Dental and eye insurance were provided. Free membership and food during closeout
Decent health care package and use of gym for free
The best thing was the paid time off
Benefits were subpar, pay was not enough to justify benefits provided.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
