Great 401k and profit sharing plan. Healthcare benefits could be more affordable.
Changed insurance companies a few times.
Health insurance was high cost and low benefits. Very high deductibles on even the best plan.
Benefits are 50/50 Health Insurance Sucks but that is a big one. 401K and Stock Options are great.
The pay...we were very under paid for the position. High deductible health plan for corporate employees. Hourly employees had nothing more than a discount for healthcare.
Benefits might as well be nonexistent. Health ins. is too expensive and does nothing.
The healthcare is high. Would be nice to get some additional help.
The benefits are OK not as competitive of whats out there in the job market. 2 weeks of vacation, 6 sicks days, 3 personal days. The 401k is good they match at dollar for dollar at 3%. 8 Paid holiday for corporate employee. The biggest disappointment is the medical plans it so expensive almost $125 every paycheck for a company that has a revenue of 500 million to 1 billion and a medical plan of $2000 deductible. At least help the employees with HSA contributions or invest in a better medical plan to help offset the high premium for employee.
No benefits are provided to you
I am an intern, I do not get any benefits package. I am sure that they have great benefits for full time employees, but I am not one of those.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
