Very expensive insurance compared to other companies and the plan options were just okay.
401K is great with company match. Health insurance unaffordable for single parent with huge deductibles. Corporate medical coverage better than the property benefit level, though.
The benefits package at Equity was good, but not great. The high deductible Insurance Plan and limited sick/personal days were drawbacks, however the employee stock purchase plan and gym subsidy were nice perks.
It is very easy to use and flexible if you want to change or update.
