Rates are tied to a health and fitness incentive program.
They offer a health-based incentive plan by Vitality that rewards employees with lower health care premiums and gift cards (i.e. Amazon) to stay healthy
Very good coverage and large network of physicians, all medicines are affordable and co-pay is low
Very clearly describes options and if you need help because insurance terms are confusing, they have someone who will call you and explain everything
very expensive and not worth it
I don't participate as it is too expensive
pretty expensive but great coverage
Health insurance is OK. Its United Health Care. You have to join Vitality, which if you work hard at it it slightly decreases the amount you have to contribute out of pocket.
I you pay for it. You pay more if you don't do the vitality program.
Insurance benefits are fine, if you don't participate in their "Vitality" program (in which you have to enter every personal health detail and lab result), your rates will increase.
