“2 weeks per year of vacation and 1 week of sick time. ”
“The plan is great. ”
“They have a good 401k”
We have a 401k, health benefits, ESPP, 40% housing discount, EAP and crisis benefits, dental, vision and commission/bonuses.
401K is great. They match up to 4%. Benefited are also great. I’ve had braces, etc at a very low cost.
They match on the 401k
Best: Rent discount of 25% in the Boston area, but be aware only 20% is tax-free, you will be taxed on the remaining 5%. Worst: Employees don't receive a 401k match from the company until 1 year of employment, and aren't fully vested in employer contributions until 5 years of service. The match is up to 4%. Health insurance is expensive and limited.
Is very comprehensive compared to many other companies.
Full benefits package to include 401k, vacation, health and dental plus more
Very competitive rates. Great health insurance that is linked with great providers. The vitality program is one of the best, promoting a healthy lifestyle for all employees.
New benefits are added or changed/improved based on employee feedback.
The benefits package is really great for this company! You receive a substantial housing discount if you live in one of the communities that is managed under the umbrella corporation. Also they offer HMO/PPO options for dental/vision/medical, however their plan isn't an amazing plan but it is good and fair. They offer tuition reimbursement, assistance for employee's who have children (ie. Day care discounts), ability to move around to other locations within the portforlio pretty easily.
All are good but I love Vitality
