health insurance is still expensive
Best things: HSA, annual bonus, annual 401k match.
They really try to make it a nice company. Workout room. Monthly massage. All the insurance/PTO/sick/holidays that most companies have. Beautiful building with a cafeteria in the lower level. No complaints about the benefits. Work from home is very sporadic and depends on your manager.
The benefits are comparable to other companies in the area. I like being able to view and change my benefits directly through an internal web portal instead of going HR every time I want to review something with my insurance, 401(k), etc.
So they have gym and basketball hoop(not court)yoga classes but nobody has time to use it. I never use the benefits they don't don'thave anything for moms that have to work go home to there family. I tried to purchase discount movie tickets t
Similar to other companies' benefits; covers most bases
Equity has great benefits! On-site fitness center, fitness classes for all styles of workouts, free massages, and so much more. Such a great company to work for, they truly care about their employees.
There are a lot of options in the benefits package. You can tailor it to your specific need. There were some hiccups in the transition to a new health insurer that created a bit of difficulty but it was rectified quickly and was no fault of Equity or the insurer.
Requesting time off was always difficult. The company only offered 3 sick days. Each suck day came with an occurrence. Life with children was difficult. The ability to have a Roth 401k was the best part of the package. The health insurance was terrible.
Great 401K program; great onsite café; onsite gym, free work out classes; frequent employee events
