Not much time if you like to take real vacations. If you're a few days off a year type of person, you will be fine with the PTO

This time is a blessing it is acrued thru each pay check and totals at the end of the year. I wish they gave it all in the beginning and we worked our way down. But either way very happy to have 3 weeks vacation

Some employees have to work every holiday including Christmas and Thanksgiving, those that don't only get 7 paid holidays. Vacation/Sick/Personal combined is only 16 days a year unless you stay past 5 years.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Dining Services Assistant Manager in Springfield, Virginia

Multiple weeks off a year. Once you move up in positions, as well as accrue time spent with the company you see an increase in weeks off. (After 7 years with the company and a few promotions I was receiving 5 weeks paid vacation a year, plus personal and sick days)
