A solid benefits plan and a diverse and welcoming workplace in the US. Most advantageous health insurance plan these days is a high deductible plan with other options also offered. The high deductible plan takes getting used to and is tougher on personal cash flow compared with plans prior to 2017. However, it is offset somewhat by the ability to save pre-tax dollars in a HSA. The dental and vision plans are very good (per my dentist and optometrist) and coverage for the family is overall good. There is now better support for life partners and a reasonable EAP. Extra medical services are well covered including chiropractic, physical therapy, mental health, children's special needs etc. If you couple this with national and global mobility and opportunity, as well as training opportunities, overall Ericsson is an excellent place to work.
