401 K , All health plans were covered when first joined the company but lately every thing has changed with very high deductible.
The Ericsson benefits package was quite good, comparatively. Through 2017, Ericsson covered 100% of medical / dental, and provided a 401k match of 100% for the first 3% and 50% match for the next 2%. PTO is generous, as are paid holidays, and sick time. The European origins of the company are readily apparent with respect to employee benefits.
