“The benefit costs were increasing so the employee contribution was going up but compared to other companies it was still very good”
“Employer matching provided, 401K reports provided quarterly to show how you are tracking toward your retirement goals”
Great benefits, including health and financial.
Best benefits I've had at any company, fully covered medical by company, best 401k options, stock options, dental, vision, chiropractic. They really invest in their employees.
Employed in California. Decent 401K match and health benefits. but would have been great to have better family benefits, both maternity and paternity. Standard vacation starting at 3 weeks and increasing based on length of service.
matching contributions for 401K upto 4% Variety of health plans to choose from and employee contribution varies depending on plan chosen Employer contribution to FSA Lots of good add on life cover and sickness benefit options Good Vacation entitlement
health benefits, bonus, dental care
Basic health insurance is free for yourself and your dependents. Can't beat that pricing in the U.S.
Amazing benefits with the best employer
Overall, benefits are very good. 401k is above average. Ericsson automatically contributes to 3% of your eligible pay, and then matches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan, up to 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. So if you contribute with at least 5% of your eligible pay, you would receive full employer contribution of 7%.
401k, vacation, insurance all covered
All the benefits are similar to all the tech companies offering nowadays.
