Benefits and rewards
At Ericsson, we have many different ways of rewarding great performance. One of the greatest rewards has, of course, never changed in more than 140 years of our history. It’s the sense of adventure that comes from a career right on the front edge of technological advancement. We call it a platform for boundless achievement.
Excellent benefits including vacation time and medical packages.
Good 401K. Best health benefits in the business.
A solid benefits plan and a diverse and welcoming workplace in the US. Most advantageous health insurance plan these days is a high deductible plan with other options also offered. The high deductible plan takes getting used to and is tougher on personal cash flow compared with plans prior to 2017. However, it is offset somewhat by the ability to save pre-tax dollars in a HSA. The dental and vision plans are very good (per my dentist and optometrist) and coverage for the family is overall good. There is now better support for life partners and a reasonable EAP. Extra medical services are well covered including chiropractic, physical therapy, mental health, children's special needs etc. If you couple this with national and global mobility and opportunity, as well as training opportunities, overall Ericsson is an excellent place to work.
Average Health Care, No Stocks
Ericsson has a excellent benefits package, I must admit!
Nice insurance and working from home is nice as well
Good healthcare plan options. High deductible plan is the best deal in most cases ($3K deductible for family plan). Solid 401K matching as well.
Comprehensive and easy to use.
The benefits that I have listed are available. There used to be a stock buying program but unfortunately the company has cancelled the program.
There are KPI's that you must meet to receive a bonus. A lot of the years there were times that you received over 100% of projections which gave you a larger bonus payout.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
