Benefits and rewards
At Ericsson, we have many different ways of rewarding great performance. One of the greatest rewards has, of course, never changed in more than 140 years of our history. It’s the sense of adventure that comes from a career right on the front edge of technological advancement. We call it a platform for boundless achievement.

Since im intern, It was fun working there. Lots of events and learning
best thing: 401k match worst thing: no stocks
The best thing about the benefits is both a maternity leave (6 weeks), and a paternity leave (3 months). The worst thing is their stock options program vests after 3 years without no options of quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly vesting.

The employment pack is very nice .
People that you work with are terrific and the office is well designed . As a whole somewhere the goal of profitability got lost.
