Best : Health Care is completely paid. 401k match is excellent. Not so good : Big Company, bureaucratic.
Insurance, 401K are the best . Training is not for all.
Ericsson was offering one of the best Health Insurance benefits until 2017 in the US. But from 2018 things have changed and employees are required to pay a high premium.
Vacation is good; medical & dental insurance is better than average; flexibility of work from home
