Employer pool to offset benefit cost
Ericsson covers the majority of the cost for top tier family health insurance.
Good 401K with company match up to 5%. PTO is like no other!
Time Off: They offer a lot of PTO and after 7 years with the company you get additional 5 days. Health/Vision/Dental: They do offer free plan but it's deductible plan, in order to get excellent health plan you gotta pay. 401K: Excellent with 5% match vested right away.
