The company pays for all of your and your family's regular health insurance. Automatic 3% company donation to 401K plus a full company match of your first 3% contribution and a 1/2% company match for your next 2% contribution. In other words, if you contribute 5% of your pay to your 401K, the company will contribute 7%; if you contribute 3%, the company will contribute 6%. The stock purchase program is no longer an option.

I got really worst experience with Ericsson, They made me work for 3 months and didn't paid a penny. I have relocated from California to Texas, they didn't paid any relocation charges.
