    Very good time off amounts, with the option to sell 1 week per year and no carryover. ... I just wish I had been able to use it. The work is pretty unrelenting.

    if you spend 7 years with ericsson , you get 4 weeks of vacation, if less you get 2 or 3 weeks, also you get floating holidays, kin care, personal business & sickness days that add up to around 10 days
