    Overall, the benefits are excellent but this is the one area that seems to lag behind other places. Less vacation is offered during your initial years and you are often too busy to take any vacation time unless you schedule it out far in advance.

    You accrue time off throughout the year and start to accrue more as you stay with the company longer.

    Not too much vacation at first, but you can negotiate for up to three weeks if you receive an offer. Sick time is five days and separate from vacation, a little old school these days.

    Vacation time off increases with duration of employment. Also there is flex time available if additional time off is needed. Excellent system and wonderful perk of working there.

    You accrue vacation time each month. You cannot take a week off for a year or so
