401k was matches at 6%. Stock options are great. STD was 100% paid after waiting period. Overall, a great benefit package and they also have Compass Health Pro which will help you find a doctor, understand insurance benefits, and review and your medical bills to make sure you are not overcharged.
Very expensive - more than other companies of same size. Strangely enough, vision benefits costs are much higher than other companies. VSP benefits are cheaper. I had vacation days but was not allowed to take them so I had to forfeit them. This happens to a lot of employees. Good stock match but stock has been plummeting as company execs continue to sink the ship.
Good benefits. The packages offered are industry standard or better. Great benefits team and very focused on helping you stay healthy.
