Good company with matching 401k contribution. However, company’s contribution starts after 1 year of service. Pension plan contribution also starts after 1 year of service.

I am very happy that Estee Lauder updated their parental leave policy last year. It is very generous and above what most companies in the US offer. 20 weeks of paid leave. They also provide a transition program to help you acclimate yourself back to the workforce.

Well, can't really give a great review because freelance doesn't get benefits. With that said I knew that going in so this review inaccurate for me I don't know what they offer there full or part-timers. I wish I could give a better rating, I did try to skip it but it will not let me. Overall I think the company is pretty good for now.

You get nothing as a freelancer

The best benefits package out there - 6% contribution to 401K, parental leave is 20+ weeks, etc. Estee Lauder recognizes college debt and helps by making monthly payments to ones' school loans - how much is dependent on how much debt you have. The perks for working with a skin care and cosmetics company you ask? Skin care and cosmetics! Employees receive gratis every quarter and heavy discounts on product. I left because there were no growth opportunities on my team, but I would recommend this company as your next employer and would certainly return if the right opportunity comes my way!
