I think what ELC offers is very fair and very well-priced for what they offer. They offer both HSAs and FSAs. They also have a pension and a 5% 401(k) match that kicks in after your first full year of service.
The best thing about the benefits at Estee was the generous vacation package.

Benefits are excellent. 401k match up to 7%. Many discounts towards museums, stores, services, etc. Donation match for most charities.

Very good health insurance with United HealthCare, 401K with generous match, pension contribution, stock grants and options, 10 half day fridays in the summer or five fridays off, generous vacation plus two personal days, extra days off around Christmas and New Years.
