It was fair and accommodating as a consultant for working at this company. And, it was flexible to giving those hours off for vacation etc, as long as it was requested weeks or months in advanced.
I hear they take care of their employees, however i am freelance artist and I am unable to take advantage of vacation and paid time off
Vacation and Paid time off is great. They seem to give more time off than most other companies. I loved getting Summer Fridays and bonus December Holiday bridge days!

They were very flexible about vacations and payed time off, it might vary depending on your location and managers though
15 days vacation yearly and unlimited of sick days
paid vacation is average, however you are expected to be available during any time off
Very competitive vacation and Paid Time Off policy. Unfortunately it does not roll over into the following calendar year, so you should plan wisely to enjoy the benefit.
Best thing is all employees company store products at a reduced price
