“Not enough time off compared to other companies the same size.”
Great coverage and the cost is minimal
Good benefits never had issues over cost at pharmacy and doctor visits.
Benefits are great. Great vacation time schedule
Vacation starts out slow, but by 5 years you'll have 12 days. And now they let you carry over or cash in up to 5 days from previous year if not used. I believe sick days are pretty flexible if you are a full time employee. Health insurance is good. Great company overall. Almost 6 years now and no plans of leaving.
Excellent benefits and great 3.5 percent match in the 401k
This place is amazing that it’s debt free! The management is a joke. They are not for there employees at all!!
Everything is comparable to other companies
Standard benefits package. 401k plan with Vanguard.
They don't offer insurance for part time dockworkers which sucks if you have a family but I have a second job so it worked out for me but could be a deal breaker if you don't.
The cost for health benefits are much higher than competing LTL carriers like FedEx, UPS, Yellow etc... The 401K match is also lacking when compared to the above companies. Estes will match 3.5% of the first 7% you contribute. Nothing above 7% is matched. Overtime is not paid till you reach 52 hours. That is down from 55 hours. The others mentioned above are far more generous to employees in all the areas mentioned.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
