Received 3 vacation days immediately upon full-time status, which I was able to use for my honeymoon a couple months later.

I've worked there 7 months and have three days vacation accumulated, along with two sick days; so evidently the policy has changed. The employee handbook needs to be updated to reflect this change.

Gets two weeks after a year. Takes too long to get three and four weeks in my opinion.

I have worked here long enough to get 3 paid weeks off but it will be several years before I can earn 4 weeks

Paid time off is always excellent, but the first vacation day I used I needed to callout for personal/family reasons and I was written up by my TM for it.

They had a good plan at first look, but you had to work one year and then you earned 1 day off every 73 days. It should have been 1 week after working 1 year and not then working more. That is nothing more than a religious "wanna-be) trying to make it look like they care when the truly don't care about the people at all. Rob Estes would be better off just walking up to people and saying "I am a good Christian!"
