PTO is great and health Insurance starts day one of employment
Salary is about 25% less than the average for the same position in a different company. Health Benefit is very costly for the employee, especially if coverage for family is selected.

If you’re young and healthy and only paying for yourself your choice dollars will basically pay for your health insurance, but the insurance itself is trash. If you’re trying to add a spouse, it’s insanely expensive and still trash. They give standard PTO and sick leave but if you want to take PTO you need to have it planned out at least a month or two beforehand because otherwise you won’t even be able to request it. You’re a number to this company, not a person.
Choice Dollars are a great benefit available to all associates
Overall everything is ok. 401k is 4% dollar for dollar. Company contributes once year. Cliff vesting for 3 years. Stay for all 3 years or get no company contribution. Pto start with 18 days. Tuition reimbursement 5,250 per year. Health insurance is horrendous. High deductible plans starting at 3k for single. They also got rid of the company match on HSA. Just an awful health plan. But sad to say it is “industry standard” for all big insurance companies.
Bare minimum benefits. Not competitive with other Bay Area companies.
