They have a great benefit package and PTO
I love the benefits at Esurance. We have an amazing PTO package (16 days for your first year for ALL employees) and each year your here it goes up a day. We have tuition reimbursement and will be rolling our Lynda.com learning to all employees. Additionally, we have a full benefits package that you’re eligible for on day 1 + $2,000 given to you to put towards the cost of your insurance. The 401k is great (.80 to the dollar up to 5%) and we now have cool perks like relaxation and collaboration areas (in many offices) and identity protection. Just all around good benefits! I particularly like the flexible options given to us in terms of being able to work from home if needed!
The health insurance was decent. They did contribute to your HSA if you had one. 401k was not as high of a match percentage as other companies. Their perks program wasn't really useful at all. PTO was average.
sub par benefit package, not up to san francisco bay area standards
Paternity leave is 6 weeks paid plus 6 weeks unpaid. Health insurance is not the best.
great health insurance,401K,weekly once work from home
Best: -401k Matching up to 5% -Work From Home - 1 day - Health Insurance Benefits - Average Worst: - Compensation is very low compared to the market - No other benefits
Full range of benefits are greatly reduced cost due to parent company being Allstate. Employee Resource Groups for a very diverse culture.
Very good package of benefits
Very high deductible health insurance, especially when it comes to family plans. 4% match on 401(k) with bonus. Decent PTO policy with options for Dental, Life, Disability, etc. Good corporate discounts after Allstate acquisition.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
